Mentor NAZARKO– Founder Partner, is practicing law since 2006. He holds a degree in Policy and International Economy, from the Faculty of Political Sciences, of the Bari University, Italy, followed by a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, of the Perugia University – Italy.
He has a relatively long experience in publications being the author of many books where we can mention : President Meidani and Kosovo; Lufta e Fundit, (UET editions); Strengthening Religious Tolerance for a Secure Civil Society in Albania and the Southern Balkans (IOS editions) and also columnist in well-known Albanian Newspapers like: Dita, Korrieri,Shekulli, Panorama,(Albania);Zeri, Bota Sot (Kosovo).
Being fluent in the French, Italian and English language and also an intermediate level in German and Serbo-Croatian, in his carrer, he has had a lot of collaboration with foreing magazines and televisions as the well known Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, RAI 1, RAI 3 and Deutsche Bundesrundfunk. He has hold the position of Executive Director of A1 Televizion, and also of the newspaper Dita.
Throughout his career, he has been Lector in the Faculty of Journalism, University of Tirana covering topics about the Costitutional Law and the Media organization and also Lecturer of International Law and International Organizations, in the Public University of Tirana and Private College “Fama”, in Prishtina, Kosovo.
Moreover, Ms.Nazarko has covered the position of Policy Adviser of the President of the Republic of Albania Mr. Rexhep Meidani, and also has been the External Advisor of Mr.Bamir Topi, in the period when he hold the role of President of the Republic of Albania and is nowdays the External Advisor of Mr.Behgjet Pacolli, Former President of Kosovo and First Vice Premier Minister of Republic of Kosovo.
Erald DERVISHI– Founder Partner, is practicing law since 2006, and is called to the Albanian National Bar since 2009.
He holds a Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Padua, Italy, followed by a graduated theme ”The juridical relations between Albania and the Europe Union into the prospective of adhesion”.
He has a relatively long experience in the public administration, where he covered different important functions, as Advisor to the Deputy Prime minister, Legal Advisor to the Minister of Defense and also Chairman of Albanian State Export Control Authority. Throughout his career, he has participated in dozens of international conferences, where in different of them as a relater. In addition, he has completed a number of short time specializations abroad, including a specialization at George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Germany and University of Georgia, USA. For a period of time, he has worked as a professor near the Penal Law Department, at Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.
He has very good knowledge too, in the field of Arbitration, where he exercised for several years the duty of Arbiter, as a member of Albanian National Council of Sport Arbitrate.
Since September 2013, he is a member of the Directing Board of Albanian Olympic Committee.
Moreover, Av. Dervishi, has a reach career in the sport of chess, with great results in the international arena, becoming the only Albanian gaining the title of Chess International Grand Master, which is the highest title accorded by the World Chess Federation ”FIDE”.
He has been the Youth Champion of Europe, Silver Medal in the Chess Olympiad of Elista, and winner of dozens of international tournaments, abroad.
Av. Dervishi has been honored with the title of ”Proud of the City”, accorded by the Municipality of city of Durres, and with the title of ”Symbol of Durres City”, accorded by the Durres company.
Av. Dervishi speaks three languages, English, Italian and French.
